Card transactions will be acquired for Ultimateraw pty Ltd via Pay fast, Pay gate, and Debit/Credit Card who are the approved payment gateway for all Acquiring Banks DPO pay gate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3(SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website, Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy

CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

Customer details will be stored separately by Ultimateraw pty Ltd from card details which are entered by the clients on the DPO secure sites for more details on DPO refer to www.paygate.co.za, www.payfast.co.za, www.paypal.com

MERCHANT OUTLET AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment to the card holder is South Africa Therefore the currency is in South Africa Rands (ZAR)

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Ultimateraw pty Ltd shall be responsible for all aspects relating to transactions including sales of goods and services sold on this website customer service and support dispute resolutions and delivery of goods

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Ultimateraw pty Ltd, It is its address which the party nominates where they receive all legal documents and notices for all purposes under this agreement whether in respect of court process notice or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
